Low volume during call

Hi all, I have a 2006 X5 with the standard intergrated blue tooth phone kit, what Ive noticed is that the volume during a call is really low...all the internal voice commands are fine but during a call is low i don't recall it being like this before.I have increased incall volume on phone and even swapped phone with no effect. Is there an adjustment for the car kit to increase volume.

Thanks in advance

Try the + and - controls on your steering wheel.

Don't know about your model but on the E70, you have to adjust the volume, as QS said, during the call. Is that what you're doing? That works for me.

Yep did that....further investigation looks like I have lost the left channel output speaker both front and left side hopefully its still under warranty....any ideas what it can be, certainly this would be the cause of low volume using BT.
