3rd gen bluetooth module no voice control?
Hi I have a 2003 (build 11/2002) X5 sport with satnav, tv, bluetooth, DSP. The bluetooth module is 3rd gen as I got the dealer to change it out as the 1st gen was giving trouble. I thought this 3rd gen unit had VR built in? but no VR activating at all. Any ideas

What's the part number. To my knowledge all Visteon BT modules (pre-2004) have the integrated VR, with the possible exception of very very early production first generation units. Here's the part number history on the Visteon modules - http://www.x5world.com/articles.php?...icle&artid=171
If anyone has the part numbers for the Motorola combo Assist/BT modules let me know and I'll update that page with the info.
