I had to call the glass repairmen again to look at the car. I don't think that they fiddled around with the glass, but who knows? From what I was told, one of the clips holding the passenger front window in place broke and caused the glass to shift to the right which moved it off track. Everytime an attempt was made to raise the window, it would get stuck on a portion of the window track and after doing this multiple times, it caused the regulator clip to break off from the tension wire that raises the window (or so I was told). They fixed the window after buying another regulator kit from BMW and after they were completely done, everything was working fine, including the one-touch window raise on the driver's side. They did not charge me any extra labor only parts. All in all, I probably saved more money using them than bringing it to the BMW dealer to have the window replaced but who knows?
