Dealer told me at 35K miles "rotors are shot". I did NOT replace them like he said they "needed to be replaced". At 50K I replaced the pads. At 100K I replaced the rotors (the ones that were "shot" 65,000 miles earlier) and the pads. If I recall a guy in Hawaii (hayaku I think) had a DIY post - first time I ever did it. 116K now, never had any problems.
