Oldish news on the CFL bulbs...fwiw, I'd guess the floor(s) full of
lawyers in the bulb companies, helped write that language.
If we had to read the directions and warnings and hold harmless info
on every product and process we have in normal life, we wouldn't
get out for bed due to paranoia, imo.
In the real world, we've been using these kinds of bulbs for several
years and haven't broken any, in the "living area"...the hard part is
what to do with them, when they finally burn out. But, I don't sit
around and wring hands about "what" goes into most landfills ...
