Check to see if Holden (Vauxhel/Opel are called Holdens in Australia) and Renault Australia actually offer navs.

In New Zealand, BMW was the only map source. So anyone with a VW that wanted a map, had to buy it from BMW

I am sure the data source will be the same for everyone, as map makers would have one database that is then exported into the different formats required.
