No luck yet, but already had two stuck disks in my nav drive.
First one got out with JV's "ignition-off/on-run-for-the-eject-button" trick. http://www.x5world.com/articles/all-...ion-drive.html

Second one wouldn't come out.
It's out now, here's how:

opened the lid of the nav drive
unscrewed 4 screws of drive mechanism
unplugged little 4 wire plug to motor
powered motor with 2 AA batteries

Voila, ejected disk.
Basically, its the lazy version of JV's trick #3.
